木聚糖酶對Birch wood,Oat spelt和自製玉米芯木聚糖的水解結果表明,不同來源的木聚糖對木聚糖酶水解的影響非常明顯,硬木屬的Birch wood的水解效果較好,自製玉米芯木聚糖的水解效果優於同屬於禾本科的Oat spelt。自製玉米芯木聚糖的水解結果表明,可溶性木聚糖能夠被木聚糖酶有效水解而不溶性木聚糖幾乎不被水解,長鏈木聚糖比短鏈木聚糖更容易被木聚糖酶水解。採用HPLC對自製玉米芯木聚糖水解液的組成進行分析,結果表明,水解液中低聚木糖的主要成分為木二糖、木三糖和木四糖,占水解液中總糖的80%以上。

English Abstract

The hydrolysis of Bacillus sp. xylanase on Birch wood, Oat spelt and corncob-xylan shows that the resources of xylan are important to the hydrolysis. Birch wood, which belongs to hardwood, is more suitable to be hydrolyzed. According to the hydrolysis of corncob-xylan, soluble xylan can be effectively hydrolyzed while insoluble xylan is hardly be hydrolyzed, and long chain xylan, tends to be hydrolyzed by xylanase than short chain xylan. The HPLC determination of the hydrolysate of corncob-xylan shows that more than 80% of the xylooligosaccharides in the hydrolysate are xylobiose, xylotriose and xylotetraose.
