In recent years, both society and academic circles have paid wide attentions to soybean isoflavone which possesses obvious biological activities. Most studies have demonstrated that soybean isoflavone has a close relation with human health. In this paper, development of physiology functions of soybean isoflavone was reviewed in detail. |
