台灣地區市售頭孢子素類(Cephalosporins)膠囊製劑力價之調查

摘要

本計畫於民國79年度，由全省各縣市抽購國產及進口頭孢子素類(Cephalosporins)口服膠囊製劑共51件，其中Cephalexin 42件，Cephradine 5件，Cefadroxil 4件。依據日本抗生物質醫藥品基準解說(MRAP)上所載之分光光度法及微生物法測定其力價，結果均達合格標準，合格率為100%。

In order to understand the potency of cephalosporin capsules, 51 samples (42cephalexin, 5 cephradine, 4 cefadroxil) were purchased from different counties and cities in Taiwan during 1990 fiscalyear. All of the samples were determined by the cylinder-plate method and opticalmethod as described in the Minimum Requirements for Antibiotic Products of Japan. The results showed that all the samples (100%) meet the potency requirement of the government regulation (90%-120%).
