市售含梔子製劑中Geniposide之含量測定

摘要

為瞭解市售含梔子製劑中Geniposide之含量情形，於民國七十七年七月至七十八年六月價購含梔子之中藥製劑「溫清飲」及「加味逍遙散」共七十四件，應用前報l）「梔子藥材成分含量測定」之方法，以甲醇抽提，於逆相C18層析管，移動相為乙腈：水＝15:85，檢測器UV238nm; 0.1 AUFS，流速0.6ml/min之條件下進行含量分析。結果，市售「溫清飲」及「加味逍遙散」中梔子之Geniposide含量範圍，溫清飲：2.88~8.12%、加味逍遙散：3.19~11.83%。在市售六種廠牌三十五件「溫清飲」及八種廠牌三十九件「加味逍遙散」檢體中同廠牌、同批號檢體，其梔子之Geniposide含量相差較小，同廠牌、不同批號間之檢體，其含量無論「溫清飲」或「加味逍遙散」皆有差距1.7倍者；至於不同廠牌間之含量差異，「溫清飲」最大與最小量相差2.8倍，「加味逍遙散」則有相差達3.7倍者。這些含量上之差異，可能與製造過程有關，及藥材來源不同，儲存條件差異所致。

In order to survey the geniposide content in commercial ChineseMedicinal Preparations which contain the crude drug, Gardenia Fructus. Total of 74 samples of Unseiin and Kamishoyosan were collected from July, 1988 to June, 1989. Those samples were quantitated by HPLC with a reversed-phase column and mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (15:85) at flow rate 0.6m1/min. The assay result showed that the genipoisde content of Unseiin and Kamishoyosan is 2.88-8.12% and 3.19-11.83% respectively. There is no obvious difference of geniposide content in same brand an same lot. However, there is a significant difference in different lot of same brand or different brand products. It may be due to the different manufacture procedure, different origin of the crude drugs or the storage condition.
