市售小漿果水果中農藥殘留量之調查
Pesticide Residues in Fresh and Canned Pomefruits
摘要
葡萄，草莓，楊桃和蓮霧四種小漿果水果利用多重殘留分析法檢驗有機磷劑，有機氯劑，氨基甲酸鹽劑，合成除蟲菊劑，有機氮及雜環化合物，殺線蟲劑等35種農藥之農藥殘留現況。各類檢體之檢驗結果： 葡萄50件檢出2件，檢出率為4%，約未超過安全容許量標準；草莓50件檢出38件，檢出率為76%，不合格率為6%；楊桃50件檢出18件，檢出率為36%，不合格率為34%；蓮霧50件檢出29件，檢出率為58%，不合格率為6%。

We have analyzed pesticide residues in 309 fresh and canned fruits, grape, strawberry, carambola, wax gambour, purchased from markets by multiresidue method. The results showed that 100 samples of canned fruit were not detected. Two of 50 samples of grape (4%) were detected containing pesticide residues however the concentrations were not in violation. Thirty eight samples of 50 strawberry (76%) were found to contain pesticide residues and 3 of them (6%) were over the allowable level. Eighteen samples of 50 carambola (36%) contained pesticide residues and 17 of 50 samples (4%) were in violation. Twenty-nine of 50 whole wax gambour (58%) were found to contain pesticide residues and 3 of 50 samples (6%) were in violation.
