本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品Ampicillin trihydrate 批號C-l）之力價標定報告。其標定方法係將取得之原料菜與U. S. P。標準品比對，作微生物力價測定，所得之結果為每mg之Ampicillin trihydrate含Ampicillin力價852.4μg。

The ”Ampicillin trihydrate Reference Standard” (Lot. No. C-1) of the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs was perpared. The Potency was determined by microbiological agar diffusion method. The results against the U. S. P. Reference standard were established with a potency of 852.4μg per mg. It was determined that this will serve as the ”Ampicillin Trihydrate Reference Standard”.
