利用逆相層析柱,高效液相層析法分析禽畜肉品中富來頓及硝化富樂遜殘留量之檢驗方法業已建立。本法之最低檢出量均為2ng(相當於檢體中2ppb)。該二種藥物在豬肉及鷄肉中之平均囘收率分別為富來頓79.9%及90.9%,硝化富樂遜62.0%及83.3%,於內臟部份包括豬肝、豬腎及鵝肝之平均囘收率為富來頓86.2%、84.0%及77.6%,硝化富樂遜65.3%、54.2%及59.8%,囘收率偏低因呋喃劑易受光分解及蛋白質結著(Protein Binding)之影響,唯其再現性良好。
A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of the residues of furazolidone and nitrofurazone in swine and chicken tissues was developed. Detection limits of both chemicals in all tissues were 2 ppb. The average recoveries were 79.9% and 90.9% in swine, 62.0% and 83.3% in chicken muscle for furazolidone and nitrofurazone, respectively. In addition, the average recoveries of furazolidone in the organ tissues of swine liver, kidney, and chicken liver were 86.2%, 84.0% and 77.6%, for nitrofurazone were 65.3%, 54.2%, and 59.8%, respectively. Some recoveries lower than 70%, but it showed good stability and reproducibility.
