市售Cimetidine製劑含量均一度品質調查
Investigation on Content Uniformity of Cimetidine Tablete from Domestic Masket
摘要
行政院衛生署於78年2月20日公告，增列Cimetidine tablets必須實施含量約一度試驗，本局為了解此製劑之含量均一度，自台灣地區藥局抽購25種廠牌，30件檢體，進行含量均一度測定，結果30件檢體全部合格。

Thirty Samples of commerial Cimetidine tablets were purchased beteveen November 1989 and January 1990 around Taiwan area. UV spextrophotometry was employed to analyze. All samples were in accordance with The requirement: 85-115%, of the labeled amount.
