中藥濃縮製劑濃縮倍數之研究

Studies on the Relationship between the Crude Drugs and Extract in the Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要


本研究探討水抽提物量高之處方如百合固金湯、甘露飲、地黃飲、大秦艽湯、滋燥養榮湯、活血潤燥生津飲等六個處方,其藥材之總量與乾浸膏之比例(濃縮倍數)分別為1.93:1、2.92:1、3.10:1、3.75:1、2.62:1及2.53:1。即濃縮倍數均不在規定之5~10倍之範圍內。上述處方分別以乾浸膏與澱粉以1:1、1.5:1、2:1之比例造粒,除活血潤燥生津飲外,均可完成造粒,惟向其顆粒之緊密度與安息角之測定值顯示,其流動性不佳。但另抽購其他方劑其顆粒之安息角之測定值亦呈類之流動性。

Six high water-soluble extract-containing prescriptions, such as Bae-Her-Guh-Jin-Tang (百合金湯), Gan-Luh-Yiin (甘露飮), Dih-Hwany-Yiin (地黃飮), Dah-Chyn-jiau-Tang (大蓁艽湯), Tzy-Tzaw-Yeang-Rong-Tang (滋燥養榮湯), Hwo-Shiueh-Ruenn-Tzaw-Sheng-jin-Yiin (活血潤燥生津飮) were studied, The concentration ratios of the total wights of the component crude drugs and their extracts were 1.93:1, 2.92:1, 3.10:1, 375:1, 2.62:1 and 2.53:1 respectively, all of those were beyond the criteria of the ratio 5 to 10. Granulation of the prescriptions metioned aboved except Hwo-Shiueh-Ruenn-Tzaw-Sheng-Jin-Yiin (活血潤生津飮) Could be made with starch in a ratio of 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, From the values of compressibilities and angel of repose for all the granules thus obtained, poor fluidities were shown.
