摘要

87年7~8月間於全省北、中、南、東各區之傳統及超級市場，抽購豬血塊79件及鴨血塊21件，共100件檢體。依據中國國家標準CNS 10949，N6190號「食品中防腐劑之檢驗方法－薑黃試紙檢驗法」進行硼酸及其鹽類檢驗。檢驗結果100件檢體均未檢出硼酸及其鹽類。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於八十七年九月八日發布新聞在案。

From July to August 1998, a total of 100 animal blood product samples were tested for the presence of borax. Total samples consisted of 79 swine and 21 duck blood products. The results showed that no borax was detected in the products tested.
