桃園區休閒農業文化資源之調查

An Investigation of Cultural Resources of Recreational Agriculture in Taoyuan District

摘要

休閒農業以提供國民意境的服務為目的；傳統文化是休閒農業的基本資源之一，本研究調查桃園、新竹、台北、基隆等三縣、三市內19處休閒農場對農業文化的運用情形，以自然景觀中的「野生動植物觀賞認識」項目最多（89%），山野觀賞活動其次（63%）；傳統文化資源中，以古農具家具展示最多（58%），對古建築物中藝術、文化作品的認識最少（5%）；而在普通服務項目及硬體設施方面，則100%有停車場，50%有會議廳，44%有住宿設備，78%有餐飲。由此顯示，目前本地區的休閒農場，對農業文化資源的利用率仍偏低，尤其對「精緻文化」的發揮更缺乏。業者對文化資源導入休閒農業的興趣，表示意願很高者有58%，有意願者26%，顯示他們對此問題的認識仍不足，有待政府及相關人士，深入探討，加強輔導。

Recreational Agriculture provides for the public a sensational space with a union of traditional sprit and craft as its basic resources. The purpose of this investigation was to explore current status of utilization of cultural resources in Taoyuan District. Nineteen tourist farms in the prefectures of Taipei, Taoyuan and Hsinchn were sampled. The results showed that 89% of the tourist farms provided attractions of wildlife and plants, and 63% offered splendors of natural landscape. As regards of traditional cultural resource, 58% exhibited of ancient agricultural tools and utensils; and only 5% appreciated the traditional art and literature. Regarding general service and hardware equipment of the tourist farms, 100% has parking lots; 50% provides conference rooms; 44% offers accommodations, and 78% has meal services. It also revealed that the utilization of cultural resources was rather low in the above-mentioned recreational farms specifically for ”Refined Culture”. About 58% of the owners expressed strong desire to introduce a culture into tourist farms while 26% showed mild motivation. It is likely that the operators require more sound knowledge and assistance from the government and the authorities to promote the cultural life of rural community.
