摘要

行政院在「挑戰二OO八，國家發展重點計畫」中把「文化創意產業發展計畫」刊為十大分項計畫之一，希望透過國家力量創造環境來積極推動。
「文化創意產業發展計畫」，包括「成立文化創意產業推動組織」、「培育藝術、設計及創意人才」、「整備創意產業發展環境」、「促進創意設計重點產業發展」及「促進文化產業發展」等五大部分，分別由經濟部、教育部、行政院新聞局和文建會共同執行。
其中由文建會負責規劃執行的子計畫共計八項，計畫執行內容規劃包括「環境整備」、「人才培育」、「文化創意產業扶植」三部分。
透過跨部會推動組織的建立、界定扶植對象、人才培育、行銷推廣、租稅減免法規等政策工具的提供，以促進文化創意產業蓬勃發展。

”Cultural and Creative Industry development plan” is part of the Executive Yuan's ”Challenge 2008-National Development Plan”. It aims to unite the efforts of several governmental Ministries to provide a favourable environment for the designated industries.
The content of the (Cultural and Creative Industries development plan) vincludes five following subparts: (Set up a promotional organization for Cultural and Creative Industry), (Cultivate art, design and creative manpower), (Establish a favorable environment for the development of creative industries) (Promote the development of key creative design industries) and (Promote the development of cultural industries) They will be implemented through the collaboration of the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Education, the Government Information Office and the Council for Cultural Affairs.
Through setting up a cross-Ministry agency, identifying the targeted artists/industry-segments to foster, marketing, tax reduction and related policies, it is hoped that our designated industries will thrive and prevail for the time to come.
