將CMV、CGMMV和ZYMV等三種病毒分別接種在54個胡瓜品種(系)上,結果得知對CMV呈極抗品種有38種,中抗有2種;對CGMMV呈極抗品種有15種,中抗有10種;對ZYMV呈極抗品種有5種,中抗有9種。綜合54個供試品種(系)對三種病毒單獨感染之抗病篩選結果,得知僅有地方品種之黑皮大瓜,商業品種之穩農5號、205小花瓜、206花瓜、瑞青胡瓜和國外引進品種之長青等六個品種,具有極抗病性,其餘品種對各種病毒的抗病性反應並不一致,有些品種對某一種病毒呈抗病性,但對另一種病毒却爲罹病性。利用抗病和不抗病品種間之雜交和囘交後裔檢定,得知ZYMV在胡瓜上之抗病性遺傳係受一對隱性因子控制。
Fifty-four cucumber varieties (lines) were tested for resistance to CMV, CGMMV and ZYMV in the green-house. The results indicated that 38 varieties were highly resistant and 2 had intermediate resistance to CMV; 15 varieties were highly resistant, 10 had intermediate level of resistance to CGMMV 5 varieties were highly resistant, 9 had intermediate resistance to ZYMV. only 6 out of 54 cucumber varieties (lines) i. e., Hei-pei ta kua, Woon-nong No 5, 205 cucumber, 206 cucumber, Rney-ching and Charng-ching were found to be highly resistant to all three viruses tested. The rest had various degrees of resistance. Some varieties were resistant to one virus, but susceptible to the others. From the inheritance study, it is suggested that the resistance of cucumbers to ZYMV was controlled by one recessive gene.
