摘要


農試型落花生聯合收穫機前處理部前置強制梳、送株裝置之動力系統於採直接傳動方式,可避免作業中重負荷滑動;為防止作業中夾入過量泥土,附加去土毛刷阻力棒,可有效預先除去大部份植株上附著之泥土;對脫莢系統之排列方式,以橫式脫莢筒取代縱向排列,可規避縱向排列之脫莢死角外,加大適收株高範圍;所有選別與集莢裝置悉以柵鏈為材料,可於處理行程清除泥土,防止積堵;本型收穫機經前述改良後,整體作業機構與機械處理能量已完全配合,故直線作業速度大幅增高為每秒0.5公尺以上,為原型機之2.5倍。

The direct driveing of the front forcible feeder prevents the slippage of the conveyor during heavy load. The attachment of brush and retainer rod as soil remover will kick off the soil which attaches to the plant. It uses the crosswise picking device to stand for the original parallel one, which will avoid the result of the dead zone by the old one. It will enlarge the range of the most favorable plant height for harvesting also. It will screen off the soil during the process, if use the grid conveyor for the sorting and collecting device. According to the modification describes before, the harvesting speed and processing capacity will meet. The harvesting speed will up to 0.5m/s, it is 2.5 times faster than the old one.
