基于《邯郸市统计年鉴》1994~2007年有关数据统计资料,对邯郸市的主要农业气象灾害及综合灾情进行统计分析,并就气象灾害对粮油棉产量影响做灰色关联度分析。结果表明,1994~2007年邯郸农业因气象灾害造成的总受灾率和总成灾率呈现出波动性下降趋势,灾损严重年份农业总产基本也呈减产趋势,灾害性天气直接影响着农业生产;干旱造成的农业受灾面积最大,风雹造成的灾害次之。灰色关联度分析表明风雹灾对邯郸粮油棉产量造成的影响程度最大,其次为旱灾和水灾;气象灾害造成的农业受(成)灾面积与农业产量之间无明显的正相关关系。

English Abstract

According to the statistics of data in Handan statistical Yearbook from 1994 to 2007, the agri-meteorological disasters and comprehensive disasters in Handan were calculated and analyzed and grey correlation analysis of the effect of meteorological disasters on yield of grain was conducted. The results suggested that the total disaster-affected and disaster-suffering rate affected by meteorological disasters was in a fluctuated decline in Handan from 1994 to 2007, and that total agricultural yield in severe disaster-suffered years was also in decline. Among this, the drought resulted in the largest disaster-affected area and was followed by the wind and hail disaster-affected area. The grey correlation analysis suggested the wind and hail disasters had the greatest impact on the yield of grain, oil and cotton in Handan, followed by flood and drought; the meteorological-disaster-affected area had no distinct positive correlation with agricultural output.
