于2009年7和8月对宝湖浮游生物的种类组成、密度和生物量、优势种组成以及物种多样性进行了调查研究。结果表明,宝湖浮游植物共有7门33属44种,构成比例为绿藻36.4%,蓝藻36.4%,硅藻11.4%,其他15.8%,其中蓝藻优势种最多,有5种。Margalef指数为2.617,Shannon指数为4.197,均匀度指数为2.554。宝湖浮游动物中轮虫占70%,桡足类20%,枝角类10%,其中轮虫优势种5种。Margalef指数为1.512,优势度指数为0.529,均匀度指数为0.426。综合评价得出,宝湖水体处在中度富营养水平。

English Abstract

Based on the data in Baohu Lake in July and August. 2009, the species composition, phytoplankton density, phytoplankton biomass and dominate species of the phytoplankton in Baohu Lake were discussed in this paper. Result suggested that 7 phyla, 33 genera and 44 species of phytoplankton in Baohu Lake were identified. The community was composed by 36.4% Chlorophyta, 36.4% Cyanophyta, 11.4% Bacillariophyta, and 15.8% others. The dominant species were five kinds of Cyanophyta. The Margalef index was 2.617. The Shannon index was 4.197 and the Evenness index was 2.554. The zooplankton in Baohu Lake was composed by 70% Rotifera, 20% a Copepoda and 10% Cladocera. The dominant species were five kinds of Rotifera. The Shannon index was 1.512. The dominance index was 0.529 and the Evenness index was 0.426. Comprehensive evaluation concluded that the water body of Baohu Lake was of medium Eutrophication.
