潮汐灌溉系統中肥灌頻率與椰纖類介質對‘綠巨人'白鶴芋生長之影響

Effects of Fertigation Frequency and Coir-based Media on the Growth of Spathiphyllum 'Sensation' in the Ebb-and-Flow System

摘要


在潮汐灌溉系統下研究以四種肥灌頻率與三種混合介質處理對‘綠巨人’白鶴芋生長之影響。以椰粉或泥炭苔:珍珠石:蛇木屑(體積比1:1:1)種植,每3天肥灌一次者,可獲得生長和品質良好之植株,而椰塊介質則以每天肥灌生長最佳。每5-7天之低肥灌頻率使根/地上部比例增加,而肥灌頻率維持在每1或3天1次處理可獲得最大之葉面積。增加肥灌頻率可減少葉片黃化和皺縮之發生。以椰粉和椰塊種植者,同步肥灌前植株光合作用、氣孔導度和蒸散作用皆隨著肥灌頻率的增加而增加。同步肥灌後椰粉與泥炭苔種植者植株蒸散作用比椰塊種植者高。

Environmental and economical concerns had generated interest in the development of coir, which can be as substitutes to peat. Effects of four irrigation frequencies (1, 3, 5 and 7 day-intervals) and three media (peat-, coir dust-, and coconut husk-based medium) were studied in Spathiphyllum Schott 'Sensation' grown in the ebb-and-flow irrigation system. Fertigation using once in every 3 days was shown to be optimum for peat-and coir dust-based media in the ebb and flow system, while increasing the frequency to once a day was unnecessary. Coconut husk-based medium had a lower water retention capacity but fertigation frequency to once a day cause better growth, it's means that coconut husk is suitable for constant irrigation. Root-shoot ratio was increased by low fertigation frequency at 5 or 7 day-intervals. Maximum leaf area and reduced numbers of chlorotic or puckered leaves occurred at 1 or 3 day-interval frequency. In plants grown in coir dust-or coconut husk-based media, net photosynthesis, stomatal conductivity and transpiration were increased with increasing fertigation frequency.
