為瞭解高職農科教師在職進修意願之相關情況,本研究以87年本省22所高級職業學校農業類科教師(619人)為母群體,隨機抽取161人為樣本,探討該農科教師的在職進修意願,並瞭解年齡、家庭負擔、學校支持程度、進修課程內容、進修時間安排、進修獎勵誘因等因素對其在職進修意願之影響。資料之搜集係透過問卷設計及實地訪問,回收之資料則以平均數及多元迴歸進行分析。結果發現農科教師的在職進修意願雖屬中上程度,仍有待加強。而學校支持程度、進修課程內容、進修時間安排、進修獎勵誘因等因素,對其在職進修意願具有顯著的正向影響,年齡、家庭負擔則具有顯著的負向影響。因此欲提升農科教師的在職進修意願,可從上述的影響因素予以著手。
For understanding the situation of in-service training aspiration of agricultural teachers in Vocational High Schools. This research took the agricultural teachers in Vocational High Schools of 1998 (totally 619) as the population, through sampling, then 161 as the sample, tried to examine the aspiration of attending the in-service training of those teachers, as wel1 as the influencing factors: age, family loading, support from school, content of curriculum, arrangement of time and incentive of in-service training. By designing questionnaire and interview to collect data, then means and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The resu1ts shows that the aspiration of agricultural teachers to attend in-service training should be improved even though it is above average. On the other hand it is found that the factors: support from school, content of curriculum, arrangement of time, incentive of in-service training, all have positive significant inf1uence on the aspiration of attending in-service training. Age and family loading, on the opposite, have negative significant inf1uence effect. It is suggested that we can focus on the influencing factors to encourage the aspiration of agricultural teachers to attend in-service training programs.
