摘要


茶為台灣主要的經濟作物,隨著有機農業的興起,有機茶之發展日漸成長。為促進有機茶的發展及農政單位推展的參考,故本研究目的在於探討有機茶的生產投入與產出收益分析,並與慣行比較其經營成本收益。本研究運用2018年「有機農場農業經營模式之研究」資料,訪查57戶於2017年種植有機茶的農民,其中手採戶數計44戶,故以有機手採茶菁與慣行比較,經調查統計得知有機手採茶菁平均每公頃產量為2,225公斤,低於慣行產量;平均每公斤生產成本為270元,平均每公斤售價為285元,此等均高於慣行成本與售價;有機手採茶菁所得(含自家勞動報酬及設算之地租與利息)為127,942元,低於慣行。但若製成有機茶乾出售,平均每公頃農家賺款可達844,734元。

Tea is one of the main cash crops in Taiwan. Following the development of organic agriculture, farmers gradually pay much attention to the organic tea farming. In order to develop the organic tea farming and provide the reference data for the agricultural authority, the objectives of this study are to analyze the production inputs and outputs of organic tea farming. The results will be compared with the conventional tea farming. The survey data of "Agricultural Operation Models of Organic Farms in 2018" will be adopted. There were 57 respondents who had planted organic tea in 2017, including 44 farmers hand-plucked tea leaves. Therefore, the results will be compared with the conventional hand-plucked tea leaves farming. The statistical results show that the production quantities of per hectare hand-plucked tea leaves were 2,225 kg. These quantities were lower than those of conventional planting hand-plucked tea leaves. The per kilogram production cost was NT$285. These kinds of cost and price were higher than those of conventional planting hand-plucked tea leaves. And the per hectare hand-plucked tea leaves family income, including family labor remuneration, land rents, and capital interest, of organic hand-plucked tea was NT$127,942, which was lower than those of conventional hand-plucked tea leaves. However, those tea leaves were processed as dried tea, the per hectare family income could reach to NT$844,734.
