植物粗萃液抑制小花蔓澤蘭(Mikania micrantha Kunth)種子發芽

Study on the Inhibition Effect of Crude Extract Solution of Plant on the Seed Germination in Mikania micrantha Kunth.

摘要


為測試植物粗萃液對小花蔓澤蘭(Mikania micrantha Kunth)種子發芽之抑制率,取5種林木葉片及9種雜草葉片之稀釋10倍粗萃液處理小花蔓澤蘭種子。結果以馬拉巴栗(Pachira macrocarpa (Cham. & Schl.) Schl.)及綠竹(Bambusa oldhamii Munro)粗萃液之發芽抑制率最高,約93.9%,其次為紫茉莉(Mirabilis jalapa L.),約72.2%,相思樹(Acacia confusa Merr.)及長穗木(Stachytarpheta urticifolia Sims)分別為46.9%及44.4%,其餘之血桐(Macaranga tanarius L.)、樟樹(Cinnamomum camphora L.)、巴拉草(Brachiaria mutica (Forsk.) Stapf)、紫花酢醬草(Oxalis corymbosa DC)、槭葉牽牛(Ipomoea cairica L.)、落地生根(Bryophyllum pinnatum Kurz)、馬纓丹(Lantana camara L.)、翠蘆莉(Ruellia brittoniana Leonard)及大花咸豐草(Bidens pilosa L. var. radiate (Bl.) Sherff)皆低於40.0%。比較馬拉巴栗葉片與根部粗萃液對小花蔓澤蘭種子發芽之抑制率,結果抑制率分別為97.0-100.0%與72.6%,葉片粗萃液優於根部者。若以馬拉巴栗葉片稀釋5倍及10倍粗萃液處理小花蔓澤種子1、12及24小時,則對種子發芽抑制率分別為66.4%及23.0%、91.2%及85.0%與99.1%及90.3%,顯示馬拉巴栗葉片粗萃液對小花蔓澤蘭種子發芽具極佳之抑制效果。

In order to detect the inhibition rate of crude extract solution of plants on the seed germination in Mikania micrantha Kunth., the seeds of M. micrantha were treated with 10-fold crude extract solution which extracted from the leaves of 5 kinds of woody plant and 9 kinds of weed. The results indicated that Pachira macrocarpa (Cham. & Schl.) Schl. and Bambusa oldhamii Munro were the highest in the inhibition rate, which about 93.9%, Mirabilis jalapa L. about 72.2%, Acacia confusa Merr. and Stachytarpheta urticifolia Sims were 46.9% and 44.4%. And all the others, Macaranga tanarius L., Cinnamomum camphora L., Brachiaria mutica (Forsk.) Stapf, Oxalis corymbosa DC, Ipomoea cairica L., Bryophyllum pinnatum Kurz, Lantana camara L., Ruellia brittoniana Leonard and Bidens pilosa L. var. radiate (Bl.) Sherff, were below 40.0%. In comparison of the inhibition rate of crude extract solution extracted from the leaves and roots of P. macrocarpa on the seed germination in M. micrantha, which were 97.0 - 100.0% and 72.6% respectively, the crude extract solution extracted from leaves better than the roots. When the seeds of M. micrantha were treated with 5-fold and 10-fold crude extract solution which extracted from the leaves of P. macrocarpa for 1, 12 and 24 h, the inhibition rate of seed germination were 66.4% and 23.0%, 91.2% and 85.0%, 99.1% and 90.3% respectively. The result indicated that the crude extract solution which extracted from the leaves of P. macrocarpa had good results in inhibition effect on the seed germination of M. micrantha.
