Quantum Statistical Properties of the Interactions of an Atom and a Time-Varying Squeezed Field

The interaction between a two-level atom and an initial squeezed field with a time-varying frequency has been investigated. Two typical cases with the frequency of the field varying with time in the form of a sine or a rectangle have been studied. The nonclassical properties can be influenced and controlled by the field frequency modulations.
