臺灣馬醉木杜鵑類菌根之研究

Ericoid Mycorrhiza of Pieris Taiwanensis

摘要


臺灣馬醉木(Pieris taiwanensis Hay.)屬杜鵑花科(Ericaceae)馬醉木屬(Pieris)之原生樹種。本研究調查塔塔加地區,臺灣馬醉木之生育地特性及菌根之形態並鑑定菌根菌種類。研究結果顯示,塔塔加地區之臺灣馬醉木生育地屬於酸性(pH=4.46)、養分貧瘠(Ca(上标 2+):1.06±0.10 cmol (+) kg^(-1)、K(上标 +):0.19±0.01 cmol (+) kg^(-1)、Mg(上标 2+):0.23±0.03 cmol (+) kg^(-1)及Na(上标 +):0.09±0.04 cmol (+) kg^(-1),全氮量為0.25±0.06%,有效磷含量為1.05±0.14μg/g)之石南原(heathland)環境,且其根系具有(hyphal coil)之構造,菌根形態屬於杜鵑類菌根(ericoid mycorrhiza),經菌種分離及鑑定後其菌根菌為Mycosphaerella屬及Exophiala屬之菌種。

The Formosan pieris (Pieris taiwanensis Hay.), belonging to genus Pieris family Ericaceae, is an indigenous tree species in Taiwan. In this study, soil property, mycorrhizal morphology and associated mycorrhizal fungi in Tataka mountain area were investigated and isolated. Results revealed that the site of Formosan pieris in Tataka was heathland with acidic (pH=4.46) and non-fertile soil (Ca(superscript 2+)=1.06±0.10 cmol (+) kg^(-1), K(superscript +)=0.19 ± 0.01 cmol (+) kg^(-1), Mg(superscript 2+)=0.23±0.03 cmol (+) kg^(-1), Na(superscript +)=0.09 ± 0.04 cmol (+) kg^(-1), N=0.25 ± 0.06% and P=1.05 ± 0.14 μg/g). The roots of Formosan pieris had typical structure of ericoid mycorrhiza, and the ericoid mycorrhizal fungi were belonging to Mycosphaerella genus and Exophiala genus.
