Chinese Abstract

應用流式細胞儀及DNA瓊脂糖凝膠電泳技術研究了我國雞新城疫標准強毒F48E9株體外誘導雞T淋巴細胞的程序性死亡現象。同時,對其滅活毒以及從該毒株提取的囊膜蛋白誘導雞T淋巴細胞的程序性死亡現象進行了觀察,並以健康SPF雞胚囊液作爲對照。結果發現,F48E9株及其滅活毒體外均可誘導雞T淋巴細胞發生程序性死亡,而從病毒中提取的囊膜蛋白及SPF雞胚尿囊液無此特性。新城疫F48E9株體外誘導雞T淋巴細胞程序性死亡這一現象初步表明,新城疫強毒F48E9株感染雞T淋巴細胞數量的減少和功能的降低以及由此所致的感染雞免疫功能的降低可能和病毒誘導雞T淋巴細胞發生程序性死亡有關。

English Abstract

Flow cytometry (FCM) and electrophoretic analysis of DNA fragmentation were used to study the programmed cell death (PCD) of chicken T lymphocytes from SPF chic kens which were induced by newcastle disease virus (NDV)-F48E9 strain. The mactivated-F48E9, the capsule protein from F48E9 were observed and the allantoic fluid from SPF-chickens was used as a control. It was demonstrated that NDV-F48E9 strain and the inac tivated virus could induce obvious PCD but the later two could not. According to the results we could predict that the PCD induced by NDV would be one of the major results of decrease of the numbers and disfunction of T lymphocytes in NDV-infected chickens.
