本文致力於氨基酸類高分子藥物的合成、表徵。研究目的是研製一種氨基酸類高分子藥物用於臨床治療;研究方法是將氨基酸與選定的高分子化合物進行高分子化學反應,聯結到高分子鏈上;研究結果是合成了聚乙烯醇與氨基酸(甘氨酸、丙氨酸)的共聚物,用紅外光譜、核磁共振譜對共聚物進行了分析和表徵,並通過譜圖對氨基酸的轉化率進行了討論,結果證明産物符號要求,且甘氨酸比丙氨酸的轉化率高。

English Abstract

In this paper, a series of new polymers with grafted amino acids were synthesized and characterized. The purpose of the research is to develop a kind of polymer drugs with grafted amino acids for the treatment of some patients. The preparations of polyvinyl alcohol and amino acid were described by using inorganic acid as catalyst. The reaction methods were investigated in order to find the optimal conditions for the highest yield and purity. The copolymers were analysed and characterized by IR and 1HNMR. The result indicated that the reaction products were what we needed and the yield of the polymer of polymer of polyvinyl alcohol and glycine was higher that that of polyvinyl alcohol and alanine.
