Chinese Abstract

Objective: To compare the effects of blood-breaking drugs Sanleng and Eshu on hemorrheology indexes. Method: Animals were randomized into control group, model group, Sanleng group (S), Ezhu group (R). The S group and R group were fed separately with 100 g/ml Sanleng and Ezhu decoction for 10 days. In the 10th day, the model, S group and R group were injected with adrenaline to make blood stasis syndrome model. Each group was killed in the 11 th day, the blood was gathered and the hemorrheology indexes were measured. Result: The whole blood viscosity (WBC) of S group reduced significantly in each shear rate η(subscript α1), η(subscript α5),η(subscript α30),η(subscript α200) compared with those of model group, the WBC of R group reduced significantly only in shear rate η(subscript α5),η(subscript α30),η(subscript α200), there was no obvious change in η(subscript α1). The RBC deformability index of S group and R group increased. The mean platelet volume (MPV) of S group declined markedly. The shear rate η(subscript α1), η(subscript α5),η(subscript α30), the MPV of S group reduced significantly compared with those of R group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The breaking-blood drugs Sanleng and Ezhu may improve the hemorrheology indexes, and the effect of Sanleng is superior to that of Ezhu.
