Chinese Abstract

採用緩衝調節、混凝沉澱、溶氣氣浮、吸附除矽、粗精過濾和弱酸軟化法處理稠油採出水,最終出水可回用作熱採鍋爐水,實現了稠油廢水的資源化,同時還回收了油。該稠油採出水再生回用技術已在遼河油田得到了成功應用,取得了明顯的經濟效益、環境效益和社會效益。

English Abstract

The effluent from heavy oil recovery was treated by influent equalization, coagulation and sedimentation, dissolved air flotation, adsorption for silica removal, primary and polishing filtration, and weak acid softening processes. The final effluent can be reused as boiler feedwater, so that the resources reuse was achieved and oil was recovered. The reclamation and reuse technology for effluent from heavy oil recovery has been applied successfully in Liaohe Oil Field with remarkable economic, environmental and social benefits obtained.
