在環境影響評價制定原則的基礎上,提出了一種新的環境影響量化評價方法-綠色指數法。該方法採用層次分析法確定每一物質的環境影響類型,並且用關聯式的方法代替了常用的等級評分法,因而可以與經濟效益結合起來,用於化工過程系統的優化中。 |
English Abstract |
The aggravation of environmental pollution more and more needs consideration of its impact problem on chemical process synthesis. In this paper, a new quantitative method-chemical green index is put forward on the basis of environmental impact quantitative assessment criteria. The method adopts an analytical hierarchy method to define environmental performance index of every substance, and uses correlation score instead of ranking score, so it can be integrated with economic benefit to optimize the chemical process system better. |
