基於SCN(上標 -)對新熒光試劑2,2,7,7,12,12,17,17-八甲基-21,22,23,24-四氧雜四烯鋰(LiTOE)的熒光熄滅,建立了測定SCN(上標 -)的熒光分析方法。在pH=6.0的KH2PO4-NaOH緩衝體系中,測定的最大激發/發射波長為245nm/296nm,線性範圍為1.50×10^(-6)~7.50×10^(-4)mol•L^(-1),檢出限為3.20×10^(-7)mol•L^(-1),並將其應用於人體血清及吸煙人和非吸煙人唾液中痕量SCN(上標 -)的測定。

English Abstract

A new and sensitive fluorometric method for determination of thiocyanate is reported. It bases on quenching effect of thiocyanate on the fluorescence of 2, 2, 7, 7, 12, 12, 17, 17-octamethy-21, 22, 23, 24-tetraoxaquaterene-Li(LiTOE). In KH2PO4-NaOH buffer solution of pH 6.0, the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of LiTOE are found to be 245 nm/296 nm, respectively. The linear range of determination for thiocyanate is 1.50×10^(-6)~7.50×10^(-4)mol•L1, with detection limit of 3.20×10^(-7)mol•L. The proposed method has been applied to determine trace thiocyanate in saliva and serum samples, and the result is satisfied.
