總結了聚丙交酯乙交酯(PLGA)的物理化學和生物性能以及各種制備技術及應用,並綜述了近年來國內外科學家們對PLGA微粒的制備和應用所作的研究,對PLGA未來發展的進一步研究提出了看法。

English Abstract

As a biodegradable polymeric material, PLGA has generated immense interest in drug delivery due to it good compatibility, biodegradation and mechanical strength. Considerable research has been conducted on drug delivery with PLGA. Its physical, chemical and biological characters, and the manufacturing techniques of PLGA particle are summarized. The application of these techniques on various characteristic drugs is discussed. Scientists' achievements are introduced. The view on further research is put forward.
