Chinese Abstract

主要用超聲分散結合滴定工藝制備了氮化矽/羥基磷灰石(Si3N4/HAp)複合粉體,並經冷壓成型、冷等靜壓成型及無壓燒結制備了氮化矽/羥基磷灰石複合材料。X射線衍射(XRD)及掃描電鏡(SEM)研究發現,氮化矽的加入促進了羥基磷灰石的分解,細化了晶粒,可降低羥基磷灰石的燒結溫度。

English Abstract

The authors has prepared HAp/Si3N4 multiplex powder by ultrasonic disperse and titration technology. First, the multiplex powder was moulded by pressing and isotropy pressing; then, the samples were sintered in 1200℃ for three hours in atmosphere and composites were obtained. By XRD and SEM we found that the adding of Si3N4 can accelerate the decomposing of hydroxyapatite. At the same time, it can make the crystalline getting fine and depress the sintering temperature of hydroxyapatite.
