Chinese Abstract

主要研究了納米氫氧化鎂濕法表面改性的工藝過程,將改性前後的粉體添加到軟質PVC體系中測定該體系的氧指數、拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率,同時與普通氫氧化鎂粉體進行了比較。實驗結果表明:在本實驗條件下最佳的改性劑爲硬脂酸鋅,改性時間爲0.5h,改性溫度爲85℃,改性劑用量爲5%(質量分數);改性納米氫氧化鎂粉體比普通氫氧化鎂和未改性納米氫氧化鎂粉體提高了軟質PVC體系的阻燃性能,同時降低了對體系機械力學性能的影響。

English Abstract

The process of surface modification used in nano-sized magnesium hydroxide (MH) was investigated. The oxygen index, tense strength and elongation at break were determined to ascertain the best conditions of modification while nano-sized MH has been added into flexible PVC At the same time it was compared with ordinary MH. The experimental result shows that zinc stearate is the most excellent modifier in this experiment, and the modified time is 0.5 hour and dosage of modifier is 5% and modified temperature is 85℃. Furthermore, the flame retardance and mechanical properties were also improved greatly by adding modified nano-sized MH into flexible PVC.
