Chinese Abstract

建立了帶式輸送機傳動滾筒脹套聯接的有限元模型,利用ANSYS的接觸非線性分析功能,研究了4種脹套的安裝預應力,選出了所設計滾筒應使用的脹套型號。在此基礎上,分析了軸、輻板、筒殼的應力和變形,從而改進了滾筒的結構參數。最後利用實測脹套的安裝預應力,驗證了ANSYS接觸算法的計算精度。

English Abstract

Finite element model of taper-lock connection in drive pulley of belt conveyor is established. With ANSYS software, assembling prestress of 4 types of taper-lock connections is studied, and the taper-lock suitable for the designed drive pulley is chosen, Then stress and strain of the axis, end plate and shell of the pulley with chosen taper-lock are discussed and satisfactory structural parameters are determined. Actually measured prestress value proves that the prestress value calculated above is accurate.
