桥式起重机的寿命通常由焊接箱形梁的疲劳寿命决定,在此研究了接近于实际的桥式起重机焊接箱形梁试件的疲劳寿命,得到了不同可靠度R下疲劳寿命的对数函数表达式和指数函数表达式,有助于桥式起重机主梁疲劳寿命的优化计算。

English Abstract

The life of overhead travelling crane is usually determined by the fatigue life of welded box girder, the paper, therefore, studies the fatigue life of the test piece that is similar to the welded box girder of the overhead travelling crane, and then derives the logarithmic and exponential function expressions for the fatigue life under varied reliability R. It provides a reference for optimization calculation of the fatigue life of the main girder of the overhead travelling crane.
