應用一種准靜態的電磁場分析方法-部分元件等效電路方法對低溫共燒陶瓷電路進行分析。作為實際應用的例子,對一個低通濾波器分別用PEEC算法和權威3-D軟件HFSS進行了仿真計算,結果表明,兩者S參數的幅度和相位十分吻合,而PEEC算法的計算速度卻提高了一百多倍。

English Abstract

An effective quasi-static electromagnetic algorithm-Partial Element Equivalent Circuit(PEEC) is introduced to the analysis of LTCC circuits. As a practical example, a low-pass LTCC filter is simulated by the PEEC and authoritative 3-D software HFSS individually. It is shown that the result of S-parameter in magnitude and phase agrees well with that of HFSS, however, the efficiency of PEEC is higher more than one hundred times than HFSS.
