採用BaTiO3基料,加入SrTiO3、CaCO3、Bi2O3•3TiO2等添加劑製備無鉛高壓陶瓷電容器材料,研究了添加劑對材料性能的影響,得到了介電常數可調、綜合性能較佳的材料。結果表明,在BaTiO3中加入30% SrTiO3、10% CaCO3,並外加3% Bi2O3•3TiO2時(均為摩爾數分數),其ε(下標 r)為3802、tgδ為4.2×10^(-3)、E(下標 b)為9.2MV/m;而當在BaTiO3中加入40% SrTiO3、15% CaCO3,並外加4% Bi2O3•3TiO2時,其ε(下標 r)為2089、tgδ為6×10^(-4)、E(下標 b)為16.9 MV/m。

English Abstract

Prepared were the BaTiO3-based high voltage cerarnic capacitor materials doped with SrTiO3, CaTiO3 and Bi2O3•3TiO2. The effects of the additive on the dielectric properties were investigated. And then the materials with variable dielectric constant, which also have good dielectric properties, were gotten. The results show that the dielectric properties of BaTiO3-based materials with 30% SrTiO3, 10% CaCO3 and 3% Bi2O3•3TiO2 (mole fraction) are: ε(subscript r)=3802, tgδ=4.2×10^(-3), E(subscript b)=9.2 MV/m; and the dielectric properties of BaTiO3-based 40% SrTiO3, 15% CaCO3 and 4% Bi2O3•3TiO2 are: ε(subscript r)=2089, tgδ=6×10^(-4), E(subscript b)=l6.9 MV/m.
