Chinese Abstract

採用銀和導電陶瓷(LaNiO3和LaFe0.25Ni0.75O3)作複合電極漿料,並研究了複合電極漿料的導電性與導電陶瓷比例及種類的關係。結果發現,複合電極漿料的電阻率隨導電陶瓷比例的增加而增大,當LaNiO3和LaFe0.25Ni0.75O3兩種導電陶瓷的質量分數<l5%時,兩種複合漿料的導電性均變化不大。SEM觀測顯示,複合電極漿料製成的電極有很好的燒成表面。

English Abstract

The relation between the conductivity of silver/conductivity ceramics (LaNiO3 and LaFe0.25Ni0.75O3) composite electrode paste and the content of the electroceramics, and the silver/electroceramics composite electrode paste, was experimentally investigated. It shows that the resistivity will increase with an increase of the content of electroceramics in the composite and that the conductivity of the both paste have little change when the content of electronic ceramic<15% (mass fraction). The SEM micrograph shows that the electrode using composite paste prepared has good fired surface.
