超声波电机的运行机理完全不同于传统的电磁型电机。阐述了超声波直线电机椭圆运动的生成原理,讨论了行波直线电机与驻波直线电机的优劣,为超声波电机设计提供了理论依据。

English Abstract

Being a sort of new principle micro-motor in the frontier of science, the ultrasonic motor is quite different from the electromagnetic motor. In this paper, the principle of the elliptic motion of the motor is discussed. In addition, the traveling wave linear motors and the standing wave linear motors are compared and studied. This provides theoretical reference for ultrasonic motor design.
