Chinese Abstract

利用虛擬現實技術為DNA操縱的研究提供了一個交互的人機接口。通過觸覺設備對虛擬環境中的DNA仿真幾何模型進行了虛擬操縱的研究。把模擬探針的運動實時轉化成了SPM指令驅動遠程掃描探針顯微鏡進行真實的納米操縱。採用自底向上的動態等誤差直線逼近的方法把模擬探針運動軌跡用直線段逼近。

English Abstract

Designed a man-machine interface for DNA manipulation by virtual reality technology. Resort to haptic device, several kinds of nano-manipulations was studied based on the reconstructed 3-D simulated DNA model in virtual environment. Translate the operations of simulative probe into AFM instructions to drive remote SPM. A buttom-to-up equal-error straight approximation method was presented to approach the simulative probe's motion track.
