Chinese Abstract

利用在三維造型軟件中生成的發動機曲柄連杆機構的三維物理樣機模型,在ADAMS軟件中生成可用於動力學仿真的虛擬樣機模型,通過對發動機曲柄連杆機構的慣性力的理論分析和在ADAMS中進行動力學仿真,在此基礎上利用ADAMS軟件進行了曲柄連杆機構連杆質量的優化配置仿真,通過優化可以找出連杆的最佳質心位置,使機構的慣性力和慣性力矩最小。從而提高機構的動力學性能,提高設計效率。

English Abstract

The virtual prototyping model of connecting rod of engine crank-connecting rod was produced in the ADAMS software by the three dimensional physical prototype model which pro duced in the three dimensional modeling software; Through theoretical analysis of inertial force of crank-connecting rod and carries on dynamical simulation in ADAMS, and then simulation on mass optimization of connecting-rod of engine crank-connecting rod based on ADAMS, the best center of mass of connecting-rod can be discovered through the optimization, in this position the inertia force and the inertia moment is smallest. Thus enhances the dynamics performance and efficiency of design.
