Chinese Abstract

在概述了现有PDC钻头的设计和制造情况的基础上,从机械设计和水力设计2个方面提出了优化设计PDC钻头和提高PDC钻头性能的方法,并介绍了新型PDC钻头机械和水力结构设计的特点。实践证明,利用数字化方法改进PDC钻头的设计比传统的试验方法具有设计周期短、成本低和准确度高的特点,是一种可取的设计方法。

English Abstract

Based on an overview of the design and manufacture of PDC bits, the methods for optimum design and performance improvement of PDC bits are proposed from the aspects of both mechanical design and hydraulic design. The design features of the new PDC bit are introduced. Practice shows that, digitizing design method of PDC bits is characterized by short design cycle, low cost and high accuracy; therefore it is preferable than the traditional test method.
