Chinese Abstract

根據油田開發需要,建成了井下工具實驗室。該實驗室同時通過了國家“實驗室認可”和“計量認證”,其中的一套油浸試驗系統屬國內領先水平,它主要由油浸試驗井、試驗系統流程、自動化監控及配套設施四大部分組成。油浸試驗井採用立式安裝,模擬井下狀態更加真實,可完成對ø101.6~177.8mm(4~7英寸)系列井下工具在溫度180℃、壓力120MPa條件下的高溫、高壓油浸性能檢測,並可模擬井下兩級三段管柱工作狀態,實現對管柱的性能測試,為井下工具的研究和設計提供可靠的試驗數據。

English Abstract

An oil immersion test system is developed for downhole tools by the Oil Production Engineering and Technology Research Institute of Zhongyuan Oilfield. The test system is mainly comprised of oil immersion test well, test system operating flow, automatic monitoring and auxiliary equipment. The operating principle of these four parts is introduced. The test system can carry out performance test of ø101.6~477.8 mm oil immersed downhole tools at 180℃ and 120 MPa, as well as performance inspection of tubing string. It thereby provides reliable test data for the design of downhole tools.
