新時期的人才培養必須堅持思想政治教育並將堅定正確的政治方向放在第一位。為此我們不僅需要確定全面發展的優秀人才的思想道德性的內在依據，而且需要確定這種考量的標誌和載體以及實現這一人才價值的學理方式。

In the new historical period, ideological and political education should be maintained, and firm and correct political orientation should be put in the first place in bringing up the new generation of qualified personnel. Not only shall we establish the inherent political and ethical grounds for bringing up talented people, but also we shall set up the criteria for evaluation and the corresponding scientific principles for the realization of the goal.
