將Lax-Wendroff差分法用於互連傳輸線的分析,充分地利用了電報方程結構特性,給出了能夠有效應用於互連線分析的二階精度的Lax-Wendroff差分格式。通過數值實驗將本文方法同特徵法及快速傅裏葉變換(FFT)法進行了比較。這種直接的時-空離散數值方法可應用於包括非均勻傳輸線在內的一般的互連傳輸線的瞬態分析,計算效率近於特徵法,但適用範圍要廣得多。

English Abstract

We introduce the Lax-Wendroff difference method into the calculation of interconnect transmission lines. An efficient Lax-Wendroff difference scheme with second order accuracy is proposed by considering the structure characteristic of telegrapher's equations. Numerical experiments are presented and the results are compared with that computed by the methods of characteristics and fast Fourier transform (FFT). The approach of direct time-space discretization can be applied to analyzing general interconnect transmission lines including non-uniform transmission Lines. The efficiency of the proposed method is close to that of methods of characteristics but its application scope is wider.
