Chinese Abstract

研究了16g/L甘露醇處理對小麥細胞再分化、細胞IAA氧化酶、IAA過氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽轉移酶和過氧化物酶活性的影響。結果表明,甘露醇處理使小麥細胞再生能力明顯降低,引起細胞蛋白質含量、IAA過氧化物酶和GST活性明顯降低;但使細胞IAA氧化酶和POD活性明顯增高。

English Abstract

The effects of mannitol on cell redifferentiation and activities of indole acetic acid oxidase and peroxidase, glutathione S-transferase, and peroxidase in cells of wheat were investigated. The results showed that 16g/L mannitol reduced the capacity of wheat cell redifferentiation, decreased the soluble protein content and the activity of indole acetic acid peroxidase and glutathione S-transferase, enhanced the activity of indole acetic acid oxidase and peroxidase.
