Chinese Abstract

用突變體研究植物的光破壞防禦機制是一種有效的方法,與傳統方法相比,具有專一性強、副效應少、直接在基因水平上起作用、可信度高等優點。本文簡要介紹了突變體的獲得、篩選、鑒定,並總結了幾類與光破壞防禦有關的突變體。

English Abstract

It is an effective technique to use special mutants of plants in study of photoprotective mechanisms. Compared with traditional method, this technique bears strong specificity and lesser side-effect, especially, it can be manipulated on gene level, which has been proved higher reliable. In this review, induction, screening and identification of the mutants of plants in study of photoprotection were summarized.
