Chinese Abstract

以Al2O3和CaCO3為原料用焙燒酸溶製備工藝合成新型高效的聚合氯化鋁鈣。研究結果表明,提高焙燒溫度,原料配比為(Al2O3)70%,酸溶時間為3h,酸用量為(20g原料)70mL時有利於新型絮凝劑製備合成反應。並以本鋼轉爐煤氣洗滌廢水為處理物件研究混凝效能。結果表明,新工藝製備的聚合氯化鋁鈣混凝效能優於工業聚鋁。

English Abstract

The paper introduces the techniques of preparing one new type of flocculant-polyaluminium calcium chloride with the materials of Al2O3 and CaCO3. The results show that it is helpful for the reaction that the baking temperature rises, the proportion of Al2O3 is 70%, the quantity of acide is 70ml and the solubilization time is 3 hours. The efficacy of the new flocculant is researched by using the BenXi steelworks' gas washing water. It is superior to the traditional polyaluminium.
