Chinese Abstract

Objective: To research into the mechanism of the effect on cell withering and the pathomorphological changes induced by preventive application of FNZ in cerebral ischemic reperfusion. Methods: Twenty one pallasiomies were randomly divided into the three groups: sham-operation group, reperfusion group and FNZ treated group. the pallasiomies' cerebral ischemic reperfusion models were made by the bilateral occlusion of common carotid arteries. The parrafin sections from the experimental hippocampil killed 3 daysafter the operation were observed by light microscope and the ultrathin sections by electron microscope. Withered cells were shown by the method of TUNEL, and the pathomorphological changes of the neurons and the withered cells in CA1 were observed. Results: The ischemic reperfusion group showed obvious ischemic changes of the cells in CA1 and the preventive application of FNZ obviously reduced the cell lesions in CA1. Processed statistical data showed obvious differences (P<0.05) between the ischemic group and the FNZ group in withered cells, Conclusion: FNZ can reduce the cerebral cell lesions and cell withering in ischemic reperfusion.
