目的 比较两种海蒿子粗多糖的提取方法。方法 海蒿子干粉经热水抽提,乙醇沉淀,得到水溶性的粗多糖C1。用稀盐酸室温提取,乙醇沉淀,得到粗多糖C2。对两种粗品用苯酚硫酸法测其总糖含量,BaCl2明胶法测其硫酸根含量。紫外光谱检测C1、C2核酸和蛋白吸收情况。结论 从总糖含量及蛋白质吸收峰看,水提方法好于酸提方法;从硫酸根含量及粗多糖产率看酸提方法好于水提方法。 |
English Abstract |
Objective: To compare the two methods of crude polysaccharide from Sargassum Pallidium. Methods: The crude polysaccharides (C1、C2) was obtained from the Sargassum Pallidium power by boilngwater-extracting, acid-extracting under room temperature, and ethanol-precipitating. Their total polysaccharides content was determined by the method of phenol-sulphuric acid. Their total sulfate content was determined by the method of BaCl2 -glutin. The absorbance of nucleic acid and protein of these two samples was detected by ultraviolet spectrum. Results: To the total content of the polysaccharides and protein absorbance, the water-extracting method is better than the acid-extracting; to the content of SO4(superscript 2-) and productivity, the acid-extracting method is better than the water-extracting. |
