The employment of graduates in Higher Insstitutions of Teaching is a lot problem, to which, at present, Higher Insstitutions and whole society pay more and more attentiong. This article chooses Higher Insstitutions of Teaching as the special study field, discusses and analyses the employment situation which gradates will face. On such baiss, I will present some solutions to imforce and improve graduates employment service. |
