在干涉型光纖傳感器的實用化設計過程中,相位隨機漂移補償及強信號下出現的倍頻的消除是關鍵問題之一。本文給出了一種簡單實用的方法,利用壓電陶瓷(PZT)晶體的壓電特性結合PID電路技術對光纖進行調製。在理論上分別針對檢測小信號和大信號兩種情況詳細分析了該方法的可行性,並通過實驗進行了驗證。實驗結果表明:該方法較好地解決了問題,效果令人滿意。

English Abstract

During the design of a practical interferometric fiber-optic sensor, one of the key problems is to compensate phase random shifting and eliminate frequency doubling caused by strong signal. In this paper a simple but pratical method was presented, which makes use of piezoelectric ceramics (PZT's) piezoelectricity to modulate the fiber-optic sensor. The feasibility of the method was theoretically analyzed in detail, in terms of the detection of weak signal and strong signal respectively and well proved by experiments. The experimental result proves that the method presented in the paper is a satisfying one to resolve the problem well.
